Ensure an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment.
Represent the brand throughout the guest journey and help deliver a flawless hotel experience.
Maintain established cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation standards in rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
- Maintain rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors, pantries, and public areas in an attractive and orderly condition.
- Go the extra mile to support guests and deliver timely responses to requests.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors with the guest’s interests at heart.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar or related field in a five-star hotel.
- At least one year of experience at the same level.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or higher secondary education.
