Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers and ensure coverage of critical areas.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure protocol compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with appropriate escalation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Assist the Duty Manager with security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Ensure emergency equipment is ready and report deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve security-related concerns.
• Assist in training new security officers on standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.
• Promote safety and vigilance through regular briefings and awareness programs.

About You

• Higher secondary education required.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations required.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers required.
• Practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and security operations required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required.
