Hotel Security Supervisor
Lead hotel security operations to protect guests, staff, property, and premises.
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with hotel policies, UAE health and safety requirements, and ADOSH standards.
Security Operations
- Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, alarm, key management, and other security systems.
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Investigate incidents, manage challenging situations, and liaise with Police, CID, Civil Defence, and other authorities.
- Prepare daily, incident, and investigation reports and maintain security action plans.
Training and Guest Service
- Train staff on security awareness, emergency procedures, fire and life safety, incident reporting, and hotel security procedures.
- Handle guest queries and security concerns professionally, discreetly, promptly, and positively.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, teamwork, and service while working under pressure or independently.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous hotel security supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of security technology, health and safety, emergency response, and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, decision-making, report-writing, and computer skills.
- Experience with email, digital reporting, and hotel systems.
