Security Operations Specialist - Saudi Arabia And Jeddah

  • Join us as a Security Operations Specialist on our Middle East Team.
  • You‘ll make a difference by:
  • Coordinating day-to-day security operations across Siemens locations, projects, and personnel in Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitoring security risks, incidents, and regional developments, and supporting timely reporting and response actions.
  • Supporting implementation of corporate security policies, crisis management procedures, and business continuity measures.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, government authorities, service providers, and site management on security matters.
  • Supporting travel security, journey management, personnel accountability, and emergency response coordination.
  • Conducting security assessments, site reviews, and supporting mitigation measures to protect people, assets, and operations.
  • Assisting with incident investigations, reporting, and lessons learned to strengthen resilience and preparedness.
  • Supporting crisis exercises, awareness briefings, and security training for employees and contractors.
  • Maintaining accurate security documentation, records, and compliance reporting in line with Siemens standards.
  • Contributing to a strong security culture through collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Your success is grounded in:
  • Protecting people, assets, and operations through effective security leadership
  • Delivering risk-based security solutions aligned with business and regional priorities
  • Strengthening crisis preparedness, incident response, and business continuity
  • Building trusted partnerships with authorities, stakeholders, and internal leadership
  • Driving compliance with Siemens security standards, governance, and policies
  • Enhancing resilience through threat monitoring, intelligence, and proactive mitigation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in security operations or corporate security, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Saudi security landscape, including coordination with local authorities.
  • Practical knowledge of travel security, emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
