Security Operations Center Analyst

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Exabeam SIEM and security analytics solutions.
• Design security monitoring and detection use cases based on customer requirements.
• Onboard log sources and perform data ingestion, parsing, normalization, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and tune detection, correlation, and analytics rules.
• Integrate Exabeam with EDR, firewalls, identity platforms, cloud services, threat intelligence platforms, and other security tools.
• Perform health checks, troubleshooting, performance tuning, optimization, deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Support customer workshops, requirements gathering, implementation, knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and post-implementation support.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on Exabeam experience.
• Strong Exabeam implementation and configuration experience.
• Good understanding of SIEM and security operations.
• Experience with log collection, parsing, normalization, and data onboarding.
• Knowledge of security event correlation and detection engineering.
• Experience integrating SIEM with security and infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of network and security concepts, authentication, Windows and Linux logs, and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience troubleshooting and tuning SIEM environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing professional services environment.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with Exabeam Fusion/XDR or related Exabeam platforms.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and SOC use cases.
• Experience with EDR, SOAR, TIP, and threat intelligence integrations.
• Relevant cybersecurity or SIEM certifications are advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
