Responsibilities

  • Support internal & external users for E-services solution -> Microsoft Dynamic CRM and Field service and related integrations, E-Portal users, mobile app.
  • How to use it?
  • Reasons why the service is not working as expected.
  • Fixing missed data issues, if any.
  • Finding out reasons why document is not gone through expected process and fixing issue if any. Etc.
  • Assist External End Users by receiving phone calls and answering their enquiries and closing their cases and requests along with assisting walk-in end users to finish their D365 CRM requests, inquiries, and Transactions.
  • Maintaining tickets for each and every support call is a must.
  • Ensuring that all Microsoft Dynamic CRM applications are working perfectly according to the Support SLA.
  • Whenever required do User training.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • **Bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker is a Must.**
  • 3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation/configuration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • The ideal candidate will have familiarity with .Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Execute design and discovery workshops.
  • Design Dynamics 365 solutions using configuration.
  • Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Hands-on in the implementation of Dynamics 365 field Service.
  • Hands-on experience with power bi dashboards (functional knowledge required)
  • Ensure and maintain quality.
  • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
  • Create BRD’s, SSD’s for clients, including MS word, PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
  • Added advantage if candidate have following skills.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Filed service.
  • Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction.
  • Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
  • Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
  • Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
  • User experience (UX) focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and their limitations. It also takes into account the business goals and objectives of the group managing the project.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Experience with Cisco, Aruba, and F5 technologies, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • **Network Security:**
  • Proficiency in managing network security policies, access controls, and security protocols.
  • **Network Infrastructure:**
  • Implementation and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • **Security Threats:**
  • Experience in protecting against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
  • **Documentation:**
  • Experience in developing and maintaining network and security documentation.
  • **Compliance:**
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in network and security engineering.
  • **Interpersonal Skills:**
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • **Attention to Detail:**
  • High attention to detail for accurate monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • **Problem-Solving:**
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for complex security issues.

Network Expert Candidate Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in electronic & Tele-communication, Computer Science,
  • 9-15 years of experience in network engineering and security roles. Must have Active Cloud Certification AZ-700. Also preferred to have the following certificates .( Not Mandatory)
  • Active PCNSE certified.
  • Have CCNP active Certification or CCIE.
  • CEH is preferred.
  • F5 / Barracuda certification/trainings.
  • Aruba ACCA, AACAS Certification/Training.
  • ITILv4 certification is preferred
  • **D365 Implementation:**
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of D365 modules (Customer Service, Customer Voice, Field Service).
  • **Technical Customization:**
  • Customize systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, Power FX, C#, .NET, and custom connectors.
  • **Cloud & Microservices:**
  • Design cloud-native extensions using Docker & Kubernetes; implement serverless architectures with Azure Functions.
  • **API & Integration:**
  • Manage RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate with third-party apps (Payment Gateways, Chatbots).
  • **Analytics & Data:**
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and manage Dataverse data models.
  • **Project Governance:**
  • Lead projects using Agile/Waterfall, ensuring GDPR compliance and security best practices.
  • **Network Operations:**
  • Maintain performance via monitoring and analysis; troubleshoot and escalate problems to vendors.
  • **Network Specifications:**
  • Establish specs by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, and security requirements.
  • **Network Design:**
  • Design router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
  • **Security Integrity:**
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
  • **Performance Evaluation:**
  • Evaluate performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
  • **Policy Definition:**
  • Define network policies and procedures; establish connections and firewalls.
  • **Organizational Goals:**
  • Accomplish goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
  • **Hardware & Audits:**
  • Well troubleshooter for hardware error and audit trailer.
  • **Daily Operations:**
  • Maintain checklists on a daily basis.
  • **ELV/CCTV:**
  • Maintain and administrate Enterprise CCTV / ELV network.
  • **Inventory Management:**
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, hardware, and software licenses.
  • **Renewals:**
  • Ensure all application licenses and hardware warranties are renewed in advance of expiration.
  • **Procurement Support:**
  • Support purchasing by preparing RFP technical specifications.
  • **Project Support:**
  • Support evaluation of any IT project.
