Role Overview
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, premises, and valuable assets in Lusail, Qatar.
Prevent security incidents and respond effectively to disturbances while supporting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Security Operations
- Patrol designated areas and check doors, windows, gates, and other access points for signs of intrusion.
- Monitor and authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other personnel.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment.
- Perform access control procedures and screen personnel and vehicles as required.
Reporting and Protection
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain comprehensive daily activity logs.
- Escort or drive motor vehicles to specified locations and provide personal protection when necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and security personnel when circumstances require.
Safety and Service
- Follow company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Address employee and visitor inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Remain organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure while taking decisive action.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of security protocols, industry best practices, and Qatar-specific security regulations.
- Proficiency with surveillance cameras and other security equipment.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and respond effectively to alarms and disturbances.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
