Role Overview
The Barista prepares high-quality coffee and beverages, provides guest service, and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
The role requires attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for coffee and hospitality.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other hot or cold beverages.
- Greet guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related coffee equipment.
- Follow recipes and quality standards for consistent drink preparation.
- Clean and organize the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas.
- Stock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Ability to follow health, safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
