Job Purpose & Responsibilities

  • To implement, manage, and monitor all security operations within assigned construction sites,
  • warehouses, logistics facilities, and laydown yards.
  • The position ensures effective day-to-day security operations, manpower deployment, access control, and compliance with the company Security Management Plan.
  • Security supervisors and all site security personnel report to Security Manager.
  • Manage all security operations at project sites, warehouses, and facilities.
  • Ensure access control, gate management, patrols, perimeter protection, and CCTV monitoring.
  • Oversee vehicle and material movement with proper documentation and verification.
  • Maintain 24×7 site protection through adequate staffing and shift coverage.
  • Supervise Security Supervisors and site security personnel.
  • Prepare duty rosters, deployment schedules, and task assignments.
  • Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and compliance with standards.
  • Recommend improvements for fencing, lighting, CCTV positioning, and gate control.
  • Report findings and improvement plans to HQ Security Manager and HSSE Compliance Manager.
  • Respond to and manage security incidents, including theft and breaches.
  • Conduct investigations, collect evidence, and prepare incident reports.
  • Coordinate with HQ Security Manager and local authorities when required.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Physical security management Certificate, Loss Prevention techniques Certificate.
  • HCIS Security Awareness Training Basic CCTV & Access Control System certification.
