Procurement Manager

Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement initiatives and contribute to the success of our contracting company (Prefabricated Projects).
• The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive Procurement strategies to promote our company's services within the construction, energy, and industrial sectors.
• What you’ll do
• Update and manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Deploy strategies agreed by Sourcing Management
• Guarantee balanced workload among the team
• Lead the negotiation with vendors for strategic commodities to secure advantageous terms
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
• Enforce the full utilization of the Company’s systems
• Perform all business in accordance with SOPs and internal regulations
• Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
• What you'll need
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant.
• 15 years in SC proven working experience as a Procurement Manager in construction field (Prefabricated Building).
• Basic Project Management Skills.
• Strong communication Skills.
• Ability to write reports.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Strong in MS Office.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
