- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in accordance with company policies
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or related role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
