Overview
- Control entry and exit of vehicles, employees, and visitors; ensure proper authorization and records.
- Ensure company vehicles are safely parked and manage proper handover/takeover with records.
- Conduct regular patrols to safeguard premises, assets, and facilities.
- Monitor security systems, alarms, and investigate any disturbances.
- Maintain daily logs and report incidents such as damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with police, fire department, and Safety team.
- Maintain order among employees and visitors; enforce company rules and regulations.
- Inspect security equipment and report any malfunction or tampering.
- Support evacuation procedures and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
