- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
- Draft Arabic and English communications, including official letters to government bodies
- Act as liaison between leadership, internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and government entities
- Track action items, approvals, and deadlines
- Maintain organized filing systems with document control and confidentiality
- Coordinate cross department communication
- Screen and prioritize inquiries
- Support reporting, dashboards, and analysis using Microsoft Office
- Manage vendor communications and follow ups
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Experience in executive administrative support
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
