Overview
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by supporting LPO generation, maximizing space utilization, and driving product visibility.
- Follow assigned route plans and report to market by 7:00 AM, including working on holidays when required (with overtime eligibility).
- Maintain excellent merchandising standards by implementing FIFO, rotating stocks, and ensuring clean, organized displays and chillers.
- Ensure full utilization of POSM, updated pricing labels, and effective product placement in high‑traffic, prime visibility locations.
- Monitor stock levels to keep all Mai Dubai shelves and chillers (warm & cold) fully stocked, preventing any SKU from going out of stock.
- Communicate regularly with sales and delivery teams while reporting competitor activities, promotions, pricing, and market changes.
- Protect company assets by keeping chillers exclusive to Mai Dubai products and maintaining professional conduct and grooming at all times.
