Responsibilities
- Manage document control systems for all planning, architectural, engineering, and authority related submissions
- Ensure all documents are registered, tracked, issued, and archived in line with AD Ports’ standards
- Maintain structured filing systems for digital and hardcopy records
- Monitor document workflows, review cycles, and approval status
- Ensure document numbering, revision control, and version tracking are consistently applied
- Coordinate issuance of documents to internal teams, consultants, and authorities
- Support authority submissions by managing document packages and records
- Prepare document registers and reports on submission and approval status
- Audit document completeness, accuracy, and traceability
- Train project and consultant teams on document control processes
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information
- Maintain compliance with retention and record management policies
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or associated field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in managing engineering master planning, architectural and authority related documents with multi discipline approach
- Min. 5 years of local experience
- Written and Spoken English is essential
- Proficient in document control systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation
- Understanding of document lifecycle management

Role Overview
- The role ensures that documents submitted by consultants, developers, and internal teams are properly registered, reviewed, approved, archived, and retrievable in accordance with AD Ports’ document control procedures.

Qualifications

- Min. 5 years of local experience.
