- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, and logistics when required
- Track action items and follow up on pending tasks assigned by the MD
- Prepare letters, memos, presentations, and official documents
- Receive visitors and provide administrative support during meetings
- Ensure efficient office administration and document management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
