About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead quality control for construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, managing a QC team, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project quality control plans, procedures, and inspection programs
- Manage and lead the QC team, including QC Engineers and Inspectors
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable codes and standards
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation
- Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality related matters
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities
- Manage NCRs, corrective actions, preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor material approvals, testing activities, and laboratory reports
- Prepare quality reports and present quality performance updates to management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Control within construction and infrastructure projects
- At least 5 years of experience in a QC Manager role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience in roads, utilities, infrastructure, buildings, and large scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and documentation
- Experience in managing QA/QC teams and coordinating with clients and consultants
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management documentation
- Lead Auditor certification and relevant quality certifications will be an added advantage
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to join our construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Control Management System to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, client requirements, international standards, and company quality policies.
