Overview
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi construction and contracting market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities in Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, competitors, and tender opportunities across the Kingdom.
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, and procurement teams for proposal and tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit prequalification documents, company profiles, and capability statements.
- Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities through SAP, and other tendering platforms.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote company services.
- Support commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and project acquisition activities.
- Maintain business development reports, trackers, and opportunity pipelines.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings across Saudi Arabia.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen company presence in the Saudi market.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of Business Development experience in the Saudi construction/contracting market.
- Proven experience in securing projects and handling client relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi market regulations, tendering procedures, and project lifecycle.
- Experience dealing with consultants, developers, contractors, and government authorities in KSA.
- Strong network and professional relationships within the Saudi construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and tendering portals.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language.
