- Administer and manage construction contracts in accordance with contract conditions and company policies
- Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms, specifications, and project requirements
- Manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate claims, variations, extension of time (EOT), and contractual notices
- Monitor project contractual performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Support project teams in contract interpretation and dispute resolution
- Review and negotiate subcontract agreements and supplier contracts
- Coordinate with commercial, procurement, engineering, and project management teams
- Prepare contractual reports, risk assessments, and management presentations
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC conditions of contract and applicable regulations
- Assist in dispute avoidance, arbitration, mediation, and settlement processes when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Contracts Management within construction and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and contract administration
- Proven experience in claims management, variations, EOT, and dispute resolution
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, mitigating risks, managing claims and variations, and supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage construction contracts in accordance with contract conditions and company policies.
- Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms, specifications, and project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Contracts Management within construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and contract administration.
- Proven experience in claims management, variations, EOT, and dispute resolution.
- Experience in managing subcontract agreements and procurement contracts.
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual risk management skills.
- Experience working on large scale infrastructure, buildings, utilities, roads, or mixed use development projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
- Membership in professional bodies such as MRICS, CIArb, PMP, or equivalent is an advantage.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
