About the Role
A contracting company in Riyadh seeks a Quality Control Manager to develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, lead the QA/QC team, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including QC Engineers, Inspectors, Laboratory Technicians, and Document Controllers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, Saudi Building Code, Ministry standards, and international quality standards
- Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), testing reports, and quality documentation
- Conduct quality inspections for earthworks, roadworks, hardscape, softscape, irrigation networks, HDPE pipeline installation, and utility networks
- Monitor HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures
- Ensure installation and testing of water pipelines, irrigation systems, valves, chambers, pumps, and tanks meet project specifications
- Review laboratory testing reports for soil, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, irrigation materials, and HDPE weld testing
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Manage NCRs, SORs, CARs, CAPAs, and quality observations while ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories, and project management teams on all quality related matters
- Monitor project quality KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly quality reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure construction projects
- Minimum 5 years in a QC Manager or QA/QC Manager position
- Proven experience managing quality systems on infrastructure and landscaping projects

Skills
