- Oversee administrative and legal management including contract control, legal monitoring, litigation management, and drafting service notes
- Manage building and investment projects, negotiate and monitor maintenance contracts, and ensure risk management and safety compliance
- Contribute to strategic steering by presenting results and performance, conducting profitability studies, and supporting sponsorship policy
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in management and budget/HR oversight of a financially autonomous establishment
- Successful experience in a different cultural context
- Knowledge of local language (Arabic) is an asset
- Knowledge of the region is an asset

- Under the authority of the COCAC/Director and Deputy Director, you serve as Secretary General of a financially autonomous establishment (EAF), organizing the administrative, material, legal, budgetary, and financial management of the IFQ.
Activités principales
- Contribute to steering: present results and performance, conduct profitability studies, support sponsorship policy, and reflect on financial trajectory.
- Financial and budgetary management: prepare and execute budget, develop corrective budgets, optimize management tools, analyze budget accounts, and monitor dashboards.
- Human resources management: coordinate and supervise personnel, manage HR administration, ensure compliance with local labor law, foster social dialogue, and manage training.
- Administrative management: oversee administrative and legal aspects including contract control, legal monitoring, litigation, and supervision of procedures.
- Logistics, material, and property management: manage building and investment projects, negotiate maintenance contracts, and ensure risk and safety compliance.
Diplômes ou expérience professionnelle recommandée
- Confirmed experience in management and budget/HR oversight of a financially autonomous establishment.
- Successful experience in a different cultural context.
- Knowledge or mastery of a local language (Arabic) is an asset.
- Knowledge of the region is an asset.
