About the Role

  • Oaklyn Realty is a fast growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, expanding its Secondary Market division.
  • We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Dubai's secondary property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Secondary Market Property Consultants.
  • Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high performing real estate agents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, and sellers.
  • Generate and secure exclusive and non exclusive property listings.
  • Manage active buyer and seller pipelines to maximize transaction opportunities.
  • Support agents throughout negotiations and deal closures.
  • Monitor team KPIs, sales pipelines, and CRM performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase listings, transactions, and market share.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and community developments.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role.
  • Strong experience in the Dubai secondary property market.
  • Active portfolio of property listings, sellers, buyers, and investors.
  • Proven ability to generate listings and close secondary market transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and managing a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
