About Oaklyn Realty

  • Oaklyn Realty is a fast growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, expanding its Off Plan sales division.
  • Seeking ambitious, results driven Property Consultants to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Off Plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
  • Handle and convert company generated leads as well as self generated prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project launches.
  • Advise investors and buyers on market trends, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin speaking and international clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and project site visits.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow ups through CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, upcoming launches, and developer inventories.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
  • Experience in Off Plan property sales is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and major developers.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and professionally presented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay
