About Oaklyn Realty

  • Oaklyn Realty is a fast growing real estate brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai.
  • We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized HR Manager to independently oversee the company's HR operations and support our growing workforce.
  • This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for real estate and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and employee induction.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, warning letters, experience letters, and other employment related documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and employee offboarding.
  • Process attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, end of service settlements, and HR reports.
  • Conduct probation reviews, employee confirmations, and performance evaluations.
  • Organize employee training, engagement activities, and HR development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Work closely with management to support recruitment planning, workforce growth, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience recruiting Property Consultants, Sales Managers, Marketing, Administration, and support staff.
  • Experience handling UAE visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Experience managing payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
