Responsibilities
- Generate high quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels
- Manage and optimize listings, featured properties, and promotions on Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals
- Manage Bitrix CRM including lead tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and follow up processes
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Off Plan, Secondary Market, Leasing, and Rental properties
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Support SEO, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate digital marketing experience
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and property portal marketing
- Strong knowledge of Bitrix CRM and lead management systems
- Experience analyzing CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

- Oaklyn Realty is a growing Dubai based real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, manage property portal marketing, and optimize campaign performance.
- This role is ideal for a data driven marketing professional with UAE real estate experience who understands performance marketing, CRM management, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize listings, featured properties, and promotions on Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portals
