About the Role

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Off Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers
- Handle and convert company generated leads as well as self generated prospects
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project launches
- Advise investors and buyers on market trends, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Spanish speaking and international clients
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and project site visits
- Negotiate and successfully close property transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and follow ups using CRM systems
- Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and developer inventories
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
- Experience in Off Plan property sales is highly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and leading developers
- Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self motivated, target driven, and professionally presented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory
