This is a founding role focused on building a secondary-market real estate sales operation.
The successful candidate will operate with ownership and a start-up mentality.
The role is suited to someone ready to build a sales function rather than manage an established team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the sales team from the ground up.
- Set the sales strategy for the secondary-market business.
- Develop a credible plan toward an ambitious first-year sales target.
- Build relationships with landlords, homeowners, and key clients to secure listings and mandates.
- Oversee lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and closing.
- Set individual and team targets and report performance directly to the CEO.
- Create the processes, tools, and structure for the sales team.
- Ensure transactions comply with RERA/DLD regulations and company policy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UAE real estate sales experience is required.
- Strong secondary-market sales experience and a proven track record are required.
- Candidates must be able to close at scale against ambitious targets.
- Expertise in at least one real estate area or community is required.
- An ownership mentality and ability to build process and structure are required.
- Leadership potential and experience across residential and commercial real estate are required.
- A valid UAE driving license and own car are required.
