Partnership Overview

Partner Responsibilities

• Find recruitment work through independent outreach, follow-up, and business development.
• Run client conversations, negotiate commercial terms, and close recruitment deals.
• Manage client communication, hiring decisions, and recruitment delivery.
• Own the commercial relationship and existing client agreements.
• Improve placement volume, delivery efficiency, and measurable recruitment outcomes.

Delivery Capabilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, shortlisting, interviews, and follow-up.
• Use CV evidence to evaluate candidates against defined role requirements.
• Present structured candidate evaluations and reports to hiring managers.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems.
• Apply process improvement and automation to recruitment delivery.

Ansius Support

• Selected partners receive access to Hirewall without a subscription fee.
• Ansius provides a company email and operational support for recruitment delivery.
• Support may include screening, sequencing, interview coordination, and day-to-day operations.
• Partners receive an ideal customer profile list and guidance on selling and delivering with Ansius.

Commercial Arrangement

• There is no salary; income comes from recruitment placements closed by the partner.
• There is no subscription fee for selected partners.
• When Ansius is used to close a role, Ansius typically receives 10% to 30% of the placement fee.
• The exact fee split is agreed in writing and depends on the role and Ansius involvement.
• If there is no placement, there is no fee.

Critical Requirements

• Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process.
• Fluent professional English.
• Entrepreneurial accountability for revenue and results.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting.
• Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers.
• Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems.
• Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.

Preferred Background

• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Existing clients who could benefit from structured screening.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Interest in structured and AI-supported hiring tools.
• Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience.
