The client is an established UAE outdoor advertising business with a premium portfolio across Dubai.
Its inventory includes static hoardings, digital unipoles, digital media facades, and vessel advertising.
Role Overview
The Lead Sales Manager will grow revenue across an established OOH portfolio through direct clients and media agencies.
The role requires an existing UAE market network and a focus on converting relationships into signed deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage and grow key accounts across the outdoor advertising portfolio.
- Meet direct clients and media agencies to develop opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, coordinate campaign execution, and cross-sell advertising assets.
- Represent the company at industry events and monitor competitors and market trends.
Critical Requirements
- 6–10 years of total sales experience, including at least 5 years of UAE outdoor advertising sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience selling hoardings, digital unipoles, digital media facades, or premium OOH inventory.
- Active direct-client relationships across multiple commercial sectors and established media agency relationships.
- English is required; Hindi is preferred and Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, plus an own car.
Additional Expectations
- Strong proposal-writing and client presentation skills.
- High energy, resilience, firm negotiation ability, and comfort in a target-driven competitive environment.
- Experience with RTA media or other premium, large-budget OOH inventory is desirable.
