Partnership Overview

Partner Responsibilities

• Own business development, outreach, follow-up, negotiation, client communication, and hiring decisions.
• Close recruitment deals independently; Ansius does not close clients on the partner's behalf.
• Manage recruitment delivery and maintain the commercial relationship with existing clients.
• Use structured candidate evaluation, shortlisting, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up processes.

Ansius Provides

• Selected partners receive full access to Hirewall without a subscription fee.
• Partners receive an Ansius company email, candidate evaluation support, shortlists, and candidate reports.
• Ansius provides support for screening, sequencing, interview coordination, and day-to-day operations.
• Partners receive an ICP list, sales and delivery best practices, and support during live conversations when requested.

Commercial Arrangement

• There is no salary; income comes from placements closed by the partner.
• If Ansius is used to close a role, Ansius typically receives 10% to 30% of the placement fee.
• The exact fee split is set in writing and depends on the role and Ansius involvement.
• If there is no placement, there is no fee.

Critical Requirements

• Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process.
• Fluent professional English.
• Entrepreneurial accountability for revenue and results.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting.
• Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers.
• Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems.
• Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes.
• Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume.
• Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Existing clients who could benefit from structured screening.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Interest in structured and AI-supported hiring tools.
• Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience.
