Partnership Overview
This is a partnership, not employment as a recruiter.
The opportunity is for people who already run a recruitment company or freelance practice and already have their own clients.
The partner brings the work while Ansius provides hiring infrastructure, operational support, and delivery tools.
Partner Responsibilities
- The partner owns business development, client communication, hiring decisions, and recruitment delivery.
- The partner conducts outreach, follow-up, negotiation, and deal closing independently.
- The partner keeps their company, brand, and client relationships.
- The partner remains responsible for income and commercial results.
Ansius Provides
- Selected partners receive full access to Hirewall without a subscription fee.
- Ansius provides a company email and structured candidate evaluation against role requirements.
- Partners receive shortlists and candidate reports that can be shared with clients.
- Ansius supports screening, sequencing, interview coordination, and day-to-day operations.
- Ansius provides an ideal customer profile list, sales guidance, and delivery best practices.
- Support is available during live commercial conversations when requested.
