Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Secondary English Teacher.

The teacher will deliver interactive online lessons, guide students in understanding English literature, create and implement lesson plans, and support students’ learning goals.

Additional responsibilities include customizing teaching strategies to cater to individual learning needs, developing curriculum content, and fostering a positive and engaging virtual classroom experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English Teaching, with the ability to teach and support secondary-level students effectively.
  • Background in English Literature and understanding of literary concepts, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create comprehensive and engaging educational materials.
  • Recognized qualification as a teacher or equivalent in education-related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Experience in virtual or remote teaching is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant field is preferred.
