- Conduct food, cocktails, and wine tastings for colleagues
- Engage in guest interaction and create personalized experiences
- Establish a network of regular guests and maintain records
Requirements
- College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management
- 4 5 years of relevant experience in a 5 star luxury hotel in a similar role
- Well developed interest in food and wines with professional training
- Management skills and upward mobility
- Business acumen and guest PR skills
- Computer literate and conversant with F&B computer systems

- Engage in marketing of outlet; participates in F&B marketing plan; drives upselling
- Continuously develop culinary, beverages and wine knowledge; conducts tastings
- Engage in guest interaction; creates personalized experiences; establishes regular guest network
What you bring
- College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management
- 4 5 years of relevant experience in 5 star luxury hotel in similar role
- Well developed interest in food and wines; professional training
- Management skills and upward mobility

- Computer literate and conversant with F&B computer systems
