We are seeking an experienced HSSEQ Officer / HSE Officer to implement, monitor, and maintain Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards across construction and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with client requirements, legal regulations, and company HSE policies while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Ensure implementation of project HSE plans, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training programs.
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems and high-risk activities.
• Conduct incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare reports.
• Perform regular HSE audits and inspections of subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and site safety standards.
• Ensure firefighting, emergency response, and first aid equipment are maintained and inspected.
• Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and safety campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and statistics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Building Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, road, building, or Oil & Gas projects.
• NEBOSH IGC certification – Mandatory.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• ISO 45001 knowledge/certification preferred.
• Experience in PTW, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and HSE regulations.
• Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid Qatar ID preferred.

• Do you have experience with road/infrastructure projects, including site safety inspections, risk assessments, PTW and toolbox talks?
• Do you hold a valid NEBOSH IGC certification?
• Do you have working knowledge of QCS, Ashghal, and international HSE standards?
