Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the CAFM system for daily facilities-management operations.
- Receive, create, assign, update, and close work orders based on client and service requests.
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and maintenance teams for work order completion.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Track reactive maintenance, complaints, service requests, and corrective actions.
- Update job status, technician details, materials used, and completion remarks in the CAFM system.
- Monitor SLA, KPI, response-time, and resolution-time requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CAFM reports.
- Maintain accurate completed and pending work-order records.
- Escalate overdue jobs and critical maintenance issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Coordinate with the client or helpdesk team regarding work order status and closures.
- Maintain asset, equipment, and maintenance records in the CAFM system.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with CAFM systems such as Planon, Archibus, Maximo, CAFM Explorer, Concept Evolution, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, work orders, SLA tracking, and KPI tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
