Role Overview
Contracts Manager position for Swan Global W.L.L. in Doha, Qatar.
Client project is located in Lusail.
One position is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer main contract and subcontract agreements across the project.
- Lead contract negotiations, amendments, and risk management.
- Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC and local Qatar contract law and regulations.
- Review and approve subcontractor agreements, letters of authorization, and payment terms.
- Liaise with legal, commercial, and project teams to safeguard company interests.
- Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and performance across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar construction law and regulations.
- Proven track record managing contracts on high-rise or mega construction projects.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 13,543.62 to QAR 43,796.60 per month.
