Position Overview
Swan Global WLL is hiring a Material Technician for a one-month assignment.
The role is based in Dukhan and involves materials management across warehouse, yard, and site operations.
Assignment and Schedule
- The assignment duration is one month.
- Working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is QAR 5,500 per month.
- Accommodation, transport, and food are provided by the company.
Workplace

Key Job Tasks
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store, tag, and organize materials in the warehouse or yard according to inventory procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system.
- Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage according to HSE standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on material availability and reorder needs.
- Prepare material movement reports, including GRN, GIN, and stock transfer records.
Requirements
- Ability to work an 8-hour day, 6 days per week, during the one-month assignment.
- Ability to work in person at the assigned material handling location.
