Rogers Technology delivers large-scale, complex, and high-visibility technology projects supporting connectivity across Canada.
The Scrum Master / Delivery Lead partners with business stakeholders, digital partners, and Agile Scrum teams to deliver technology solutions and customer improvements.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery execution across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
- Facilitate and coach PI planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, demos, and release activities.
- Manage project intake, plans, schedules, milestones, budget forecasts, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with project managers, program managers, technology teams, and vendors on estimates, forecasts, expenditures, and variances.
- Align product roadmaps, release goals, business outcomes, financial commitments, and execution plans.
- Monitor delivery health, sprint commitments, release readiness, dependencies, and program progress.
- Provide executive reporting, communication, and decision support.
- Remove impediments and resolve delivery challenges while fostering transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Track velocity, throughput, flow metrics, capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and change management practices.
- Improve delivery effectiveness, quality, predictability, and organizational agility.
