Role overview
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Media Data Platforms and Products for advertising, audience insights, and customer subscription lifecycle initiatives.
The role combines people leadership, product management, commercial strategy, and technology leadership.
The position is part of Rogers Sports & Media and is based in Toronto.
Product leadership
- Define roadmaps for media data platforms supporting Advanced Advertising and direct-to-consumer subscription businesses.
- Develop platform strategies aligned with business priorities and future-state enterprise architecture.
- Coordinate complex initiatives across products, engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, define product KPIs, and measure adoption, business value, and platform health.
- Lead products supporting reporting and insights, martech, adtech, direct-to-consumer, and data science.
- Partner with Enterprise Data to evolve the data platform and technology ecosystem.
- Align cloud and on-premises capabilities with data quality, governance, and financial operations best practices.
- Prepare CAPEX and OPEX plans and support vendor selection and contract renewals.
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop Product Managers.
- Establish product management governance and operating models across the data portfolio.
