Role Overview
Rogers Technology supports large-scale, complex, and high-visibility technology projects and programs that expand connectivity across Canada.
The Vendor Manager leads vendor governance, performance management, and financial tracking for critical network vendors.
The role links the Network organization with vendors and internal teams and is accountable for operational and financial performance.
Vendor Governance and Performance
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews covering contractual SLAs, KPIs, projects, and action items.
- Track vendor performance through dashboards and indicators, address improvement areas, and mitigate risks.
- Manage contract execution and vendor outcomes against contractual expectations.
- Maintain documentation for vendor performance, financials, and contractual matters.
Financial and Strategic Management
- Track monthly, quarterly, and yearly OPEX and CAPEX spend.
- Manage financial risks and identify cost-saving or business value opportunities.
- Align vendor outcomes with the Network organization’s long-term technology strategy.
