Role Overview
Lead governance, performance management, contract execution, and financial tracking for critical network vendors.
Ensure contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and that network vendor agreements deliver intended operational and financial benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly and monthly vendor performance reviews covering SLAs, KPIs, projects, and action items.
- Track vendor performance through dashboards, identify improvement areas, and mitigate risks.
- Manage contract execution, resolve performance gaps, and address issues raised by vendors or internal teams.
- Track monthly, quarterly, and yearly OPEX and CAPEX spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Network teams, and vendors to resolve issues and drive innovation.
- Maintain vendor performance, financial, and contractual documentation and align outcomes with technology strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in vendor management, contract management, network, business, finance, accounting, or a similar background.
- Experience interpreting contractual SLAs or KPIs, working with financial data, and managing vendor performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
