Role overview

Rogers is seeking a Data & AI Enablement Lead for its Data & AI organization.

The role will increase enterprise adoption of trusted data, analytics, and AI capabilities.

The position will strengthen self-service, data and AI literacy, and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do

Translate the enterprise Data and AI enablement strategy into scalable programs, communities, tools, and initiatives.
Curate a centralized destination for tools, standards, learning resources, use cases, and success stories.
Establish persona-based learning pathways, awareness programs, and enablement initiatives.
Partner with business units, architects, and platform teams on fit-for-purpose solutions, trusted data, and reusable assets.
Track adoption, literacy, self-service utilization, community engagement, and business outcome metrics.

What you bring

Proven experience in data and AI enablement, community building, change management, or enterprise transformation.
Experience delivering adoption, enablement, or business transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
Experience building communities of practice, self-service programs, knowledge platforms, or enterprise learning initiatives.
Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI ecosystems and scaled adoption factors.
