Responsibilities
- Supervise the execution team ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and procedure
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise in Scaffolding and Refractory services for all Company Facilities
- Ensure Refractory & Scaffolding manual and procedure standards are followed
- Plan and supervise daily activities
- Submit daily and weekly reports
- Assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisor and Inspector
- Inspect and audit Scaffolding and Refractory Yard
- Improve and review Scaffold Procedure and Technical Manual
- Contribute to preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets
- Ensure spare parts and tools are always readily available
- Provide maintenance assistance in plant emergencies
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and expertise in Scaffolding and Refractory services
- Experience in supervising execution teams
- Ability to assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisor and Inspector
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and procedure adherence
- Experience in preparing annual operating maintenance budgets

Job Overview

Key Job Accountabilities
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise in Scaffolding and Refractory services for all Company Facilities.
- Ensure Refractory & Scaffolding manual and procedure standards are followed.
- Lead execution team to complete tasks safely and with quality.
- Plan and supervise daily activities; submit daily and weekly reports.
- Assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisor and Inspector; verify contractor competency assessment.
- Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation sessions to end users.
- Inspect and audit Scaffolding and Refractory Yard; oversee work activity.
- Improve and review Scaffold Procedure and Technical Manual including complex access requirements.
- Contribute to preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including tools.
- Ensure spare parts and tools are always readily available.
- Provide maintenance assistance in plant emergencies.
