Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules
- Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
- Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus
- Up to date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates

- We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team.
- In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities.
- You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.
