Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Configure and customize the Temenos Transact system to meet specific business needs across various modules (e.g., Retail Banking, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Treasury)
- Provide deep functional expertise in key Temenos Transact domains such as Retail & Corporate Banking and Debits
- Work closely with technical teams to specify and validate the development of customizations using Temenos TAFC/TAFJ
- Lead and participate in system testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Support the end to end implementation lifecycle, including data migration, go live, and post production support
- Create detailed functional specification documents, configuration guides, and user manuals
- Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders
- Advocate for and implement Temenos best practices and standards in all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Temenos Transact or similar banking software solutions
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services
- Experience with Temenos product configurations, functional specifications, and user documentation
- Excellent analytical skills to understand and address client needs effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a time sensitive environment
- Temenos certification or equivalent training is a plus

Role Overview
- Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Temenos Transact Functional Consultant to join our team to play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of our Temenos Transact (formerly T24) core banking system.
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the platform is configured to optimize banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Functional Configuration: Configure and customize the Temenos Transact system to meet specific business needs across various modules (e.g., Retail Banking, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Treasury)
- Module Expertise: Provide deep functional expertise in key Temenos Transact domains such as Retail & Corporate Banking and Debits
- Customization & Development: Work closely with technical teams to specify and validate the development of customizations using Temenos TAFC/TAFJ
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in system testing cycles—including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
- Implementation & Support: Support the end to end implementation lifecycle, including data migration, go live, and post production support
- Training & Documentation: Create detailed functional specification documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders

Requirements
