- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions using SAP RE FX
- Implement, configure, and optimize RE FX functionalities including contract management, billing, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RE FX with other SAP modules
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on RE FX processes
- Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations and customizations
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing RE FX implementations
- Stay informed about latest developments in SAP RE FX and real estate management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with SAP RE FX or similar role focused on real estate management
- Strong understanding of business processes related to real estate management (leasing, maintenance, billing)
- Experience with SAP integration practices and working knowledge of other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and experience with data management practices
- SAP certification in RE FX or related areas is preferred
