Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP solutions to align with client payroll requirements
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for payroll processing
- Conduct system testing, provide user training, and support end users during the implementation phase
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and changes in regulations that may impact payroll compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for all configurations, processes, and procedures related to ECP payroll
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems
- In depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practices in the SAP environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules is preferred
- SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus

Overview
- Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SFSF ECP (SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
- You will work closely with HR teams to understand their payroll processes and ensure that payroll systems are configured to meet their needs effectively.
