The Opportunity

The Role

• As a Principal Consultant, you will be the bridge between complex financial requirements and seamless SAP execution.
• You will be expected to:
• Lead the functional delivery of SAP Finance modules with a focus on high-quality, end-to-end solutions.
• Work across the intersection of Finance and Procurement, ensuring integrated business processes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and automation tools to streamline delivery and improve system efficiency.
• Produce executive-level presentations and documentation that clearly articulate value to stakeholders.

Technical & It Expectations

• **System Integration:**
• Deep understanding of SAP’s integration points between FI/CO and MM/SD to ensure data integrity across the landscape.
• **Automation Frameworks:**
• Ability to identify manual financial processes ripe for automation (RPA or SAP Standard) to drive operational ROI.
• **Agile Delivery:**
• Proficiency in working within DevOps or Agile frameworks, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint-based delivery.
• **Documentation Standards:**
• High proficiency in creating technical specifications, functional design documents (FDDs), and system architecture diagrams.
• **Modern SAP Ecosystem:**
• Familiarity with S/4HANA best practices and the latest SAP Fiori applications for finance.

Candidate Profile

• **Experience:**
• Approximately 10+ years of deep SAP Finance expertise.
• **The Consultant Mindset:**
• You are proactive, articulate, and possess the "energy and drive" needed to push projects forward.
• **Communication:**
• Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value for C-suite stakeholders.
• **Operational Readiness:**

Key Skills

• Expertise in SAP FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, AA, PCA, CCA).
