- Lead SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives
- Manage complex finance system transformations within large scale enterprise environments
- Perform SAP FI/CO configuration and support
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of hands on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Proven track record in leading SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) Certification – Mandatory
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), including New GL, S/4HANA Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting & Management Accounting processes
- Extensive experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and HR modules

Key Requirements
- Professional Experience: 5–7+ years of hands on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Proven track record in leading SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives
- Experience managing complex finance system transformations within large scale enterprise environments
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) Certification – Mandatory
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), including New General Ledger (New GL), S/4HANA Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting & Management Accounting processes
- Extensive experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and support
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and HR modules
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Finance
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and analytics is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP data migration methodologies and tools, including SAP Data Services and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
