Role overview
The SAP CS Senior Associate will engage with clients to analyze needs, implement SAP CRM solutions, and provide training and support.

Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and implement SAP Customer Relationship Management software solutions.
- Provide training and support for SAP CRM integration and use.
- Optimize customer relationship management processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct business process consulting and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
- Manage CRM solution deployment and design implementation.
- Facilitate customer needs analysis and tailor CRM solutions.
- Build meaningful client connections and support long-term relationships.
- Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations for client engagements.
Required qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
